    Organizational Review and Development     Outside facilitation services are often useful to organizations which are reviewing their structures, processes, communications, or other key areas. We work with many different types of organizations in a wide variety of situations. The process and facilitation approaches used are driven by the client’s needs. Regardless the situation, process facilitation can help participants to improve their thinking around any organizational issue.

      Training

      Associates in Planning and Inter-Connex Consulting Inc. jointly offer a four-day workshop on process facilitation skills. Participants come from the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. The workshop covers the basics of working with groups, with a special emphasis on designing and facilitating strategic and operational planning sessions. The workshop’s length and focus can be readily adapted for in-house use. The workshop leaders - Tony Nash and John Butcher - are both Certified Process Facilitators.

        National Labour/Management Adjustment Committees

        These joint committees are established to find ways to address human resource planning and labour market adjustment issues in various national industrial sectors. The committees are jointly funded by the private sector and by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. Associates in Planning facilitates meetings of these committees and helps to ensure that they achieve their mandates on schedule.
